  1. Rock & Roll (Blackcomb)
Rock and Roll is a great run to stick on that’s a pretty solid blue run that seems to go on for ever. Not too many people really use it and if the snow is soft, it’ll stay in good shape throughout the day. Access via Crystal Ridge Chair
  2. Blackcomb Glacier (Blackcomb)
The Blackcomb Glacier is a no-brainer. The slope is nice and steep, the snow is often soft. Best bet is to hike a little bit further for nicer snow. Otherwise, feel free to traverse over. Access via Showcase T-Bar.
  3. Showcase Glacier (Blackcomb)
I must admit, this has always been one of my favourite spots! The snow is ALWAYS amazing on showcase. The run is tiny, but it’s worth it. One thing you often have to worry about is the visibility, but if it’s a clear day, you have to hit it up. Access via Glacier Express and Showcase T-Bar.
  4. Harmony Horseshoes (Whistler)
The Harmony Horseshoes are an awesome spot to hit up on Whistler. You need a little bit of brass to drop into the mandatory cornices, but it’s worth it when you’re floating down the beautiful, often untouched snow. Access via traverse to skiers left from Harmony Chair.
  5. Surprise (Whistler)
One of the more challenging spots on Whistler, and intimidating to get to, but totally worth it! Surprise is the run that runs to the left of the Peak Chair and the right of the Saddle. It’s totally great snow. It’s steep. It’s often untouched and you can show off to the people on the chair. (Access by sticking to the right of Whistler Bowl).
