6:30pm - Fire Show
I’m huge on The Fire Shows! Every Sunday at 6:30pm, there is an awesome fire show that takes place at the base of the Whistler Village Gondola. If you haven’t seen it before, there’s fire twirlers, a huge ring of fire that skiers and snowboarders jump through and to finish it all fireworks! It’s a great show and I’d for sure recommend you check it out!
8pm - GLC Heli-Trip Giveaway With The Hairfarmers
After you check out the Fire Show, you have to head over to GLC for your chance to win a heli-trip. I’m huge on giveaways and that’s going to be an awesome night! The Hairfarmers are playing. The Hairfarmers are these two guys who really put on a great performance. They were actually named band of the year by The Pique for 2008. It’s for sure going to be a great night, but be sure to get there early to make sure that you have a place to put your drink. It gets pretty crowded.
Later On - Johnny Fiasco (Chicago) & Ali Sani @ Tommy Africa’s
If you’re big on dancing and really want to check out an awesome night of house music and good beats, head over to Tommy Africa’s. There’s some huge DJs, $8 cover at the door, $4.25 drinks specials, and locals deals apply based on capacity. If you want to hear some of the music from Johnny Fiasco click here for his myspace.
