Excalubur Gondola Incident

If you had an opportunity to check out the Excalibur Gondola today, you may have noticed that it was running, but only from mid-station at Base II. It’s still not moving from the village, however, the tower is up and they have managed to put the pulleys on the tower.

I’ve heard rumours that they’re going to try and have the gondola going before Christmas.

If you’ve been down in the village, you’ll notice that there is a huge wait for the Whistler Gondola early in the morning. I’m sure they’ll have the Excalibur open for New Years Day, but it’s still a ways away.
